Refund Policy
Terms and Conditions
Refund and Course Cancellation Policies:
- The intention to withdraw / claim refund must be made in writing to Madariz and sent through email.
- Refund of fees (registration fees not included in fees) will be made in the format below:
- Within 24 hours and before registration=100% Refund
- After the registration and before the issue of offer letter from university=75% Refund (after deduction of all applied taxes)
- After issue of offer letter and 3 days after the admission fees =50% Refund (after deduction of all applied taxes)
- On the day of the start of program =25% (after deduction of all applied taxes)
- After one class sessions =0%
The registration fees are non-refundable and nontransferable unless Madariz Global Academy decides not to run the program at all. Madariz reserves the right to delay a published start date by up to two weeks to make a viable batch size is acceptable by the student.
- Processing time for refunds is 15-45 working days. Classes missed, if any, prior to receiving the application for refund, while sessions are being run; are counted as classes taken while counting the refunds. All refund cases will be treated alike and no exceptions will be made in any case.
Release of Qualifications: Madariz Global Academy will release the student’s qualifications only upon them completing all the necessary assessments and clearing their dues. The qualifications are issued by the respective bodies and Universities at their time frames. Student understands that Madariz does not control the same and will make efforts to inform the student soon as they are released.
Attestation of Qualifications: Madariz Global Academy will assist the students with information on agencies who conduct attestation of credit bearing qualifications issued by the respective awarding body / University as the case may be. Madariz will not perform attestation service on behalf of the student. The students are advised to check the accreditation of the University prior to enrolling for the programs by the authorities. While we take all care to verify all accreditations, Madariz will not be responsible for the partner University losing, withdrawal or changing its accreditation body; or for the modification in policies of the KSA authorities for attestation or related. In an event of change of partnership with a university partner, Madariz will do best to offer an alternative solution and mode of study to complete the remainder of the qualification.
Student Update of Information: Student must inform Madariz Global Academy of their change in contact information, email or physical as the case may be. Madariz will accept no liability if the student fails to receive updated information and the message was not communicated.
Payment Policy:
All payments should be made to Madariz Global Academy Official Bank Account or official link. No payments will be authorized or accepted if paid in cash outside Madariz office premises or bank transfer to non-official Channels. Payments made through our official gateways or our website gateways and through PCO machine in our office premises shall be accepted as authorized. Company is also not responsible if any payment is made and there is no proof of it in form of invoice
